Jorge Herrera: Events & Entertainment Writer

I began attending Don Soffer Aventura High School in 2024 and joined The Barracuda Bulletin during my first year. Since then, I have primarily focused on covering current events beyond the school community. My work has included articles on prominent cultural and sporting events such as the Miami Art Basel exhibition and the Miami Open Tournament. Additionally, I had the opportunity to write a special feature on the robotics exhibit held at HCA Aventura Hospital. Through my writing, I aim to connect our student body with the broader world around us and highlight events that shape our local and global communities.
